We manage integrated production systems from R&D, raw material production, and sales to shipment under our corporate mission: Empowering customers to live healthy lives for their well-beings just like parents do. We maintain these systems to focus on delivering secured food supplement products to our customers for their dietary lives.

Company-Owned
Organic Farm
We cleared a large field for our inhouse farm to fully-managed organic cultivation. All of our farms have Organic JAS certification.
Factory
Production process goes on in GMP certified factories strictly controlled throughout the processes from carrying raw materials and production to shipment.
R&D Center
Studying functionalities of <DENTOU NINNIKU RANOU> and active ingredients in garlic, and conducting sensory evaluation for the purpose of the quality control.
HQ
Managing integrated production systems from R&D, raw material and finished product manufacturing to shipments to bring safe and secure products for our customers.
Logistics
We send off more than 10,000 shipments from our logistics center every day. Each and every product is manually checked to ensure safety.

Safe and Secure Materials
“Raw materials for health food also must be healthy” and “our mission is to bring safe products to our customers.” Under such commitment, Kenkoukazoku is cultivating organic garlic in our farm located in Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu. We focus on our in-house farm because we can entrust our passion only to garlic which is brought up and thoroughly cared every day by ourselves.
Company-Owned Organic Farm
In 2003, we cleared a land for an in-house farm in Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu. At that time, people said pesticide-free organic cultivation of garlic, which is prone to diseases and vulnerable to temperature fluctuation, is impossible. However, our enormous efforts on organic garlic cultivation bore fruits. We have expanded our farm in dozens of locations, totaling over 500,000 square meters.
Organic Cultivation
All of our farms acquired Organic JAS certification, which will be given only to the farmlands without pesticide and agrichemical usage continuously from more than 2 years before the sowing/ planting. Our original brand “Ninniku-ou (Garlic King)” made from organic garlic was given credit for its taste and safety from professional chefs.

Manufacturing Method and R&D
International safety standards are adopted to ensure product safety while carrying out joint research with universities to gain deeper scientific understanding about functionalities of our products. We are also introducing state-of-the-art production technologies for relentless quality improvement.
HACCP and GMP standards compliancy
of product quality
Manufacturing factories dedicated to DENTOU NINNIKU RANOU are adopting HACCP, a hygienic control system proposed by NASA. Our factories and products gained GMP certifications by the Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association. Vegetarian softgel capsules used for our products are also checked for quality following the GMP, an international standard for pharmaceutical product quality control.

Studies on functionalities of ingredients in
collaborative research with universities
Garlic R&D center, founded in 2011, holds collaborative research studies on the functionalities of garlic products, such as DENTOU NINNIKU RANOU, together with Nihon University and Kagoshima University. In the course of such studies, Garlic & Yolk became the first garlic health food product to be recognized as a “Food with functionality” thanks to the scientific evidences that revealed its functionalities. The study results also allowed us to obtain a patent in relation to that.
Introducing top level technologies to the industry
“Micro nano bubble generation” was introduced to produce SENJUNOMIZU NEO, a hydrogen-added natural water from the Kirishima Mountain Range in southern Kyushu. The technology generates nano level hydrogen bubbles through ultra-highspeed rotation that allows hydrogen gas to dissolve to the maximum level at ordinary temperature and pressure. Sophisticated aluminum foil pouches and Aluminum-contained spouts prevent Hydrogen gas from leaking out.
